I have an NEC black cyclone CD/DVD R/RW
anyways the problem is that i can't install it as a hardware
i've connected everything but it can't feel that something is connected anyway
all hardwares are working properly but that 1 is not, knowing that it's using USB2.0
P.S. im using win. XP SP2
If that hardware is not working then you should try it on another system so you can solved out the problem. If you gind the problem then you can catch the effected point. So basically you have to check all the possibilities for that.

Good advice. If you install your NEC black cyclone CD/DVD R/RW on another system and it works, you've isolated the problem to the PC. If it doesn't, it's the NEC black cyclone CD/DVD R/RW. It's entirely possible your NEC black cyclone CD/DVD R/RW was DOA (dead on arrival). I've RMA'd a ton of new stuff over the years.
There is a problem with your USB port. First of all you can reinstall USB driver for your computer system and then you can check that computer. If then USB port does not properly work then you can reinstall operating system and then you can check properly.
