I like Caro.net, and that's where I've been based out of.

However, I've been impressed lately with Softlayer. Mike at MDDhosting has been using them for awhile, and he has recommended them, and I've seen the softlayer control panel. It's very impressive.

I've heard great things about Caro.net and SoftLayer. Probably wouldn't go wrong with either of them.
