So, before you started your current job (assuming most of you are doing Web Hosting), what DID you do?

For me. I was an online text-based RPG developer. Ran my own game and diverse community for about 3 years before diving into the hosting industry. I must admit, it's a huge barrier as far as what your daily duties consist of. I've never checked my email and cPanel as much as I have as of lately.

For me, I've always been around computers. Even since I was young, I've messed with them. I served in various technician capacities before jumping into hosting.
mostly worked in customer care, spent a good while with a large IT company, infact probably the bigest hardware manufacturer.
